From the scarce 1921 E121 American Caramel set of 80, this is Babe Ruth. The card has been fully autheticated by BVG (Beckett) as Authentic with the Altered Qualifier. Note the reason for the qualifer is because the card is skinned and is missing the back. Also note the paper loss on the card. However, the card still has plenty of eye appeal for Ruth in a Red Sox uniform (although he was already with the Yankees at this time). Please examine the scans closely.
